CMA
Each client receives an in-depth Comparable Market Analysis. Our detailed report is a portrait of your home and it’s surroundings. The CMA is used to help evaluate how your home will fare against the competition. It takes a look at both homes that are currently listed and those recently sold. The purpose is to find the highest price that will still make the home competitive on the open market.

Pre-Market Prep
Once you’re ready to sell, we’ll meet with you and discuss how to get the house ready for the open market. The condition and appearance of your home can significantly affect the selling price you will ultimately receive. Our goal is to boost your curb appeal and stage the interior to maximize your home’s appearance.

Custom Market Campaign
Every listing will be uploaded into the Regional Multiple Listing Service (RMLS), which filters into all Internet search engines. We also advertise using direct print, open houses, broker tours, social media and targeted marketing campaigns. In addition, all of our listings receive a custom visual marketing plan that is tailored to highlight your home’s unique features.

CLOSING
Throughout the transaction, we’ll be communicating with all parties (lenders, appraisers, escrow company, home inspectors, contractors, cooperating brokers, etc) to ensure a smooth and timely closing. You’ll receive detailed updates on your transaction status so you can feel confident and well informed.
