How It Works
Most importantly, we need to understand your new home requirements. We’ll meet with you to get a better understanding of your lifestyle, neighborhood or school preferences and aesthetic considerations.
Once we create your custom profile, you’ll be notified as new listings hit the market. You’ll also have insight into certain listings before they hit the market.
FINDING THE RIGHT HOME
After we’ve toured as many homes as it takes and you narrow in on one that fits your needs, it’s time to write the offer. We start this process by giving you all pertinent information on the property, comparable sales and market statistics so you can write an offer that works best for you. Our long history and experience in the Portland metro real estate market arms us with strong negotiation skills that work in your favor.
Throughout the transaction, we’ll be communicating with all parties (lenders, appraisers, escrow company, home inspectors, contractors, cooperating brokers, etc) to ensure a smooth and timely closing. You’ll receive detailed updates on your transaction status so you can feel confident and well informed. There is nothing that pleases us more than handing you the keys to your new home.
